RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and the packaging has not been opened — items must be factory sealed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Because these are hemp-derived THC products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Once a seal is broken the product cannot go back into stock.

To start a return, email support@puredozo.com with your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product — we recommend a trackable shipping method.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Shipping, taxes, and processing fees are non-refundable. We do not offer direct exchanges — place a new order if you need a different item.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY

If you received a defective, leaking, or malfunctioning item, please do the following:

  • Keep the original packaging

  • Provide proof of purchase

    • A photo of visible damage/leak

    • A video showing malfunction (for electronic products)

We only issue store credit for defective items.

Shipping, taxes, and processing fees are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the shipping label has not been printed. Canceled in that window, your order is refunded in full with no cancellation fee.

Once a shipping label has been printed, a $6.00 cancellation fee applies and is deducted from your refund. This covers the label and handling costs already paid.

COUPON CODES & SALES TERMS

  • Only one coupon code can be used per order.

  • Reward points and coupon codes cannot be combined. If both are applied, the system will prioritize reward points.

  • Coupon codes do not apply to:

    • Bundles

    • Weekly deals

    • Clearance

    • Other discounted items

You must be 21 or older to use this site and purchase products.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and this site is not covered by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may be required to submit accurate, truthful, and complete information to access certain features.

We reserve the right to deny or terminate access without notice if we suspect false or misleading data.

RESTRICTED USE

  • Framed or embedded elsewhere

  • Hyperlinked to without express approval

ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Please read carefully. By agreeing to these TOS, you:

  • Waive your right to a jury trial

  • Waive your right to join a class action

  • Agree that binding arbitration is the exclusive remedy for disputes

If we cannot resolve it informally within 120 days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Rules.

  • Arbitration will be held in Los Angeles, CA, or via phone/video

  • Arbitrators may award all remedies available in court (including injunctions)

  • Claims must be brought individually — no class actions

  • Each party is responsible for their legal costs

  • Arbitration will be conducted in English

  • Arbitrator decisions are final and enforceable in any competent court

30-DAY OPT-OUT

You may opt-out of arbitration/class waiver within 30 days of accepting these TOS by emailing us at support@puredozo.com. If you opt out, we are also not bound by arbitration.
