Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Shipping Duration: Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Weekend Shipping: Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

    • We accept credit and debit cards as payment options.

     

    Order Modifications

    • Changing or Modifying Orders: Orders can be changed or modified until they are fulfilled. To request changes, please email us at support@puredozo.com.

    • Changing Shipping Address: Due to age verification requirements, once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified. You can update your shipping address in your account settings for future orders.

     

    Order Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

     

    Damaged Orders

    • Reporting Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please provide photos of the device, inner and outer packaging, and shipping packaging. If multiple devices are damaged, all products must be shown in the same image.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    • Reporting Lost or Stolen Packages: There is a 3-day waiting period before a claim can be filed for lost or stolen packages.

    Return Policy

    • All Sales Final: We do not accept any returns; all products sold on this site are final sale.

    • Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased our product through another source, please contact that source directly for any returns.

     

    Incorrect Items

    • Reporting Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please email us with a photo of the item and packing slip.

    • Resolution: We will address the issue promptly. Please note that we do not replace closeout items or items under $25. For items under $25, we will issue store credit or a refund.

     

    Failed Delivery Due to Wrong Address

    • Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
