RETURNS POLICY:

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, factory sealed and in the same condition as received.

   Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact support@puredozo.com. Please provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

   Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received

Policy Changes:

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update our Returns and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 Customers may cancel their order after an hour of purchase before the label has been printed. Order that has been printed a label may be charged for a cancellation fee of $6.00 before processing the refund.

 Cancellation Process:

 To cancel an order or service, customers must contact support@puredozo.com within an hour after purchase and provide a reason for the cancellation, orders can be canceled as long as the shipping label has not printed yet otherwise you will be charged a $6.00 fee.

 Cancellation Fees:

A cancellation fee of $6.00 may be applied for cancellations made after the specified cancellation period. This fee is intended to cover any costs incurred by PureDozo.

REFUND POLICY:

Refund For Return Process:

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for return. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

   Refund Timing:

Refunds may take some time to process and appear in your account. The timing of the refund depends on your payment method and financial institution. If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company.

 Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including unopened packages and used items.

 Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and initiate a return for the original item following our return process.

Damaged or Defective Items:

This may be a case to case basis. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support at support@puredozo.com within 5 days of receiving the product.

Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Cancellations made within an hour after the purchase will receive a full refund as long as the label has not been printed.
  • Cancellations made after the cancelation period will not be eligible for a refund.
